THE ARTIST

I love my pets, your pets and all the creatures. I love painting them all in their many poses both serious, and cute. I always begin with their eyes to capture the individuality of your pet’s special personality and look; and then move on to their noses and special markings to represent your pet to you in their portrait. As I progress towards completion I get very thrilled to be capturing the uniqueness of someone’s very special pet. At that point, I can hardly wait to send your portrait to you. Nothing makes me quite so happy as to have a new pet to bring to life in a portrait.

I use Hahnemuhle acid free papers, acid free matting, and the best pastels and fixatives available for all my pastel work.
